[Resolved]  BSNL — non working of telephone

Sub: Non working of Telephone No.248-4708 at Noida, Sector-71

My landline no. 248-4708 is not working for the 2 days. I have seen the line has cut from the pole and the ware is falling on the ground. Please quickly rectify the problem. I am booking the complaint via this. Please solve this problem as quickly as possible.

My landline bearing no.[protected] is not working for the last two months. I had booked the complaint via the fault booking service no. 197 almost 5 times. Every time they will right off the complaint as and when the complaint reaches the 13th or 14th day. I had also complained the matter to another no. 1095, but all in vein. Last week I fed up and wrote complaint via email to DGM and ADGM, but no body responded. I think BSNL is not willing to maintain the landline. My last complaint No. is x406/ July 21st. They had write-off the complaint on 30th July. Again I had booked another complaint on 1st August bearing complaint No. x600/1st August. I doubt they will against right off this complaint also. To whom I had to complaint ????????????????

The telephone no.[protected] installed at my house at A-178 SECTOR 31 NOIDA
has been working for maximum 2-3 days in the month as can be seen from
the last six months calls usage record.I have been paying rental and
all other charges as per bills but can not use the telephone because
it remains out of order .
Could you please look into the matter and advice as to when I can
expect the telephone to be working for full month.In case it is not
possible to provide me the continues working telephone I request you
to disconnect the said telephone and refund me the security amount at the earliest
