my tlephone num:[protected] is not working since 15 days.residing at narayanaguda. we have given complaint several times to 198 but in vain, there is no response from ur side.
we are facing much difficulty with out landline plz look into the matter immediatly nd mail me at [protected]@yahoo.co.in

all the people will tell that bsnl is the best service in india ... but i dont think it is best ...it is worst ... because my land line is got dead i complinted many times but no one is not responding since last month... is workes is working in bsnl or not...?
