Sir,
Inspite of docketting, about 2 weejs have been passed, nothing is done to repair the dead line of my telephone no 25739660..A scope for docketting through internet may be helpful to all, when telephone is dead and arrangement for docketting throuh telephone is there.

which Telephone No. is for change plan through bsnl line ( i am bsnl line holder)

& out going (others) calls facility otherthan bsnl can posible for paid basis
