[Resolved]  BSNL Telephones — Wrong information, Blank call

Someone called and informed that my father met with an serious accident and my mother was the one alone at home. She(58) depressed and become unconsious. After 1 hour my father turn home. Me working abroad and my wife is with me for holidays. what could i do now...pls let me know if ter is any other way i could trace the person.

BSNL peoples says they cant trace the following number. Wat shall i do...
