[Resolved]  BSNL tones — bsnl tones

i had registered on your bsnl tones portal successfully and used that twice.few days back, my laptop got the new hard disk and Ram just for the speed enhancement with every software including windows Xp newly insdtalled or again installed.
after this process, whenever i tryt o login to bsnl portal, it never happens and i end up with nothing but the same main window.
pls help me what to do now??
your customer care has told me to dial 56700 and choose the song but the song i want to choose is not there but at your portal.
even the code of that song is not valid.
pls help me what to do now

i use the service of PRBT. But whenever i want to start PRBT, there is always a problem. The password is change automatically. so please care about it.
and ur PRBT net site mostly not be opend, there is always problem in page. please tell us?what we do for new ringbacktone.?

I done only song selection sms BT 120156 to 56700 and choose the song, but the song i want to choose is not there pls help me what to do

sir,
i will come to point, no bsnl service mobile phone has there own bsnl mp3 tones to ring on the mobile.
all other service providers have there own...
but we don't...
give us a special and rocking tone...
