Top up card — FAILURE OF RECHARGE CARD
Iam quite disturbed by the services of Bsnl mobile services. I recharged mobile of my sister bearing no-[protected] on 23/10/2008 at 11:45 hours through Mr sandeep std/pco having no-[protected] with the amount rupees fifty, but the kind of services provided till now the amount has not been credited to the subscriber, your toll free helpline no also failed to provide the details regarding the same.I hope that my complaint will be addressed by you at earliest, with the intimation to my self.

Top up card — Top up money
Phone number [protected]. Account was topped up with Rs 1000. This was after the 15days grace period of extention of the validity of the sim card. As any topping up during this period would not reflect in the credit balance Airtel should not accept the amount being put in. No one knowing that the top up would become null and void would put in a thousand rupees. Have already spoken to customer care who do not consider each case to be different and have only one fixed answer for all cases. Would request Airtel to reimburse the money or credit it to our account as the sim card has not been extended to lifetime validity.Would appreciate a favourable response
