BSNL top-up recharge — online top-up recharge failure

I recharged my mobile no [protected] from icici a/c on 30/01/2010 for Rs 550. But the amount was deducted from bank a/c and bsnl site shows no payment has been made.

But they Wrongly recharge to the number [protected] . I already give the complaint for the reversal am waiting for that but no repley is from your side
