I have recently got a new sim ([protected]) from BSNL office in Faizabad since my old sim was stolen last month. Although I have recieved the new sim but the balance amount has not been transferred. I tried to recharge it but it could not be recharged. Moreover today the sim was blocked even for incoming calls. Please reactivate the services on my number and transfer the balance as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
