[Resolved] BSNL — VAS auto activation and auto renewal | |||
My father using a BSNL mobile connection No. [protected]. This mobile service provider automatically activated various Value Added Services and renewed automatically even after giving request to deactivate the VAS service. I had tried many times to contact the customer care executive via phone, but after almost 2 hrs of holding the line they did not respond to the call. Was this information helpful? | |||
