MY mobile number is [protected]...from last 2 months my balance is deducted more than 5 times rs10 but i cannot activate it.
i tried so much to contact to customer care but they cant receive.
i also send a deactivate sms but i cannot resolve.
please take necessary action to them so that my deducted balance should be refund.

I AM A JHARKHAND BSNL CDMA([protected]) SUBSCRIBER. I CALL CUSTOMER CARE TO KNOW ABOUT PROCEDURE TO ACTIVATE CALL WAITING FACILITY BUT THEY DID NOT ATTEND THE CALL. KINDLY TELL ME HOW TO ACTIVATE CALL WAITING FACILITY ON BSNL CDMA(JHARKHAND) PHONE.
