BSNL vennela plus — delaying in FFE allotment

hi, i am recently taken BSNL vennela plus sim from bsnl company, attracted by seeing in news paper that we can allot any BSNL no's (max 5 no;s) with in AP state in FFE at any time by deducting 15-25/-rs from our account, but it can't accessing, noticing that not possible with in 6 months, it is to bad for me. Iam taken BSNL vennela plus sim on june 2009 from bsnl company, and i sended message for to reducing call charge(30 paise per minute) friends and famlily 5 no's with 1 landline 4 mobile no's ..
till now it was not activated ...

my moblile no is [protected].i have already activated fnf plan with 5 numbers in 2009. but now i want 2 modify i number. i sent lots of time to53733 with FFM old no new no. but still it is not activated.
