BSNL — Wrong Call Rate Deduct | |||
Dear Sir, I am Sanjib Mandal My Phone No. is [protected] Customer Care is not response properly and ignore my calls I am suffering my problem 7th Nov 2012 to till date My Complain No. is K07JH300499 dt on 07.11.2012 on 5:10 pm I recharge 33 Rs. STV (1paisa per 2 second) but my call rate deduct some time 60 paisa/min. Please return my extra deduct money and proper action on BSNL Customer care.
