Under compelled circumstances(due to excess meter/unit readings by BSNL), an application was filed by me on 17/2/11 for disconnection our Broadband connection (in the name of Suman Dhiman), which was disconnected after 45 days of submission of my application i.e. on 1.4.2011. An excess metering bill no.[protected] dt.7/3/11 (1/1 to 28/2) for Rs.3444.71 was received. Earlier I have received and already paid Bill of Rs.1363/- on 11.2.11(for 1/11 to 31/12). I have requested BSNL-YNR to submit me complete detail w.e.f. my installation of Broadband connection i.e. 17/12/2010 till 31/3/2011, as from the above, it clearly shows that someone has MISUSED our B/B Connection. But I am sorry to say that inspite of repeated requests to BSNL officials, I have not received complete detail of our above bill tilldate. BSNL are one again requested to provide me detail within three days to avoid further litigations.
