[Resolved]  BSNL — You have been charged Rs. 5 for follo every day

I have been facing the same problem, have you resolved the issue. Please help me if you have the solution.

my mobile no is [protected] and there is deduction of Rs. 5/= twice in a week without my concent and even i have not subscriped for that.
the deduction is by sms[protected] . it is unwanted and not authorised that you deduct Rs. 5/= every week twice. It is a big loss for me and you are generating the income by unfare meens. Pl stop this service and not to deduct Rs.5/= in future. Pl refund my charges of Rs.100/= immediately. pl do it urgently and stop this services with immediate effect. Hope you will act on this immediately and stop this services.

Getting message twise in a week.I lost about 100 rupee till today

My mobile no is [protected] and I have been facing the same problem. Please refund my money. They have deducted about 130 ₹ from my prepaid Balance 5₹ everyday.
