BSNL/broadband — not working

BSNL/Broadband — Email Address not Working

Hi,

This is to inform you the fact that I Raghupada Dutta has been an esteemed customer of Bsnl over the yeras with landline and now with the Broadband service that bsnl is providing to us.
i am really very Grateful to Bsnl for providing us with very good and sustainable service in regard to both Landline and broadband, but I am sorry to inform you that the e-mail address provided by bsnl doesnt work.My e-mail address is [protected]@bsnl.in
It would be highly appreciated if you would let me know how to go about this to resolve the current problem I am facing.

my telephone no.[protected] at Hosur has got broad band connection, the speed is always very slow, as they said it is now 256 kbps is always less i.e. from 80 to 200 kbps. I have booked may complaints to bsnl they did not reply/correct the the same for the past 5 months. please look into the same and do the needful sir.
