Sir, My name is Nishad Akhtar s/o Dr Jamil Akhtar.telephone no..[protected] Unable to get broadband connection due to deffect in cable line..I applied for it on 22 April in purnea..When i reached to bsnl office they told after two days we make it clear.But you see month has gone but their two days not came yet..SDO and JTO cannot hear my problem..Sir plez solve my problem..For this i m very thankful to u.. Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice the following,

Since, June 2008, our institute got INTERNET BROADBAND facility for the numbers[protected], 245597. But we don’t get access properly. Without consuming the facility every month we are remitting the amount without fail. In this regard we also gave a complaint at Padiyur BSNL and still now there is no response in the office. Besides the complaint was also given to Kangayam, Erode and Chennai BSNL over Phone. In spite of our repeated efforts, still now no step was taken for rectification. Our Institute is in dire need of internet facility and above all for anything and everything all communications to our higher authorities are carried on through website only.

Hence I humbly request the necessary steps may kindly be taken to get access quickly so as to enable us to carry on our work easily.
