I had downloaded at night from 2:00 A.M to 8:00 A.M (2nd August: within the free usage hours) but that amount of space (MB) is not excluded from the total used space. I came to know it while I check the service record. The download speed is not also as expected. Most of the time link is not available and the connection is also getting disconnected after a certain while. The service and customer support is very much poor. Home Plan 500 — Broadband not connecting

Dear Sir,

since Past fifteen days i had so many complaints regarding the broad band not working. Some of them called up and asked now its working or not.But so far not connecting. My phone number 26625964. can you please take a neccessary action.

My BSNL broadband portal ID is [protected]@bsnl.in, 24033519 is my phone number, i unable to connect internet and i registered online complaint, but not yet rectified

I can not know my free space on broad bank.i use 500 plane.2am to 8am it is free i know that.but other timeit is resticted free space.so i want know how much i have my free space.plz sir tel it as early as possible. thanks
