Sub: Complaint regarding no connectivity of Broad Band Internet – Reg.

I am a Home Combo 750 plan member for the past three months, but before that I was in Home Combo 500 plan. I received a full speed Internet connection when I was in 500 plan, but now I am not able to access my Internet after I shifted to 750 plan. Though there were not any outstanding Bills, I am not able to receive a full speed Internet and moreover, the connection is not through when I put on the Modem. It connects very late and also for a while (10 to 20 minutes), and the connection stands dead for 30 minutes to one hour. And then it re-connects for a while and again the same problem is occurring continuously.
After repeated complaints registered in the Call Center of BSNL / Chennai Telephones (1500-*1-2) for several times no action was taken against my problem. When ever I make a complaint registered, they will give a complaint number and stand still or they say that they will send their representatives to my home, and they will rectify my problem, and no body turned up till date. I am facing a lot of problems with out Internet connection, though it has been charged Rs.750/- monthly.
Hence, I request you kindly sir, to help me with my connection, to see connected all through the day (24/7), in order to go on with my work every day.
