Dear Sir/Madam;
I was actually surfing net to look for compliant cell for broadband service of BSNL, wherin one could write compliants to heigher authorities and could expect solution in time.To my surprise I could not find one.
I have internet broadband services from BSNL attached to landline no 2510324.This remains out of reach for about half of the time.Sometimes the server could not be found, at other times the speed is so slow that it takes sereral minutes to open a web page . Many a times I hear conversation of my neighbours talking to relatives on phone.There seems to be a cross connection. This has been brought to notice of the concerned so many times.The problem gets rectified for only temporarily to recur again in a couple of days.The result ---the services remain out of my reach for nearly 10 to 15 days a month and I suffer a lot. In addition I have to call several people in BSNL(for reporting compliants) repeatedly which adds to my telephone bills. Mr.Jangra( local SDO) has been very considerate and helpful but sometimes he is also helpless due to callous attitude of workers.Sometimes it takes days to sort out the problem.Is there any solution for such a nuisance?Are the BSNL ready to pay for their lapses?
I hope to get some feedback for the same.
