BSNL/landline — Landline Dead

Current State- The Landline is Dead since a week.

History- The landline provided by BSNL is as good as a cancerous device which remains in coma state (Dead)most of the time and even when it works behaves like a junk device with the associated noise.
Umpteen follow up with departmental staff has gone fruitless as there is lack of technical knowledge is arresting the problem

Planning to get rid of the landline soon.
