[Resolved] BSNL,Lucknow/ Postpaid Mobile services — GPRS is not getting activated

I have BSNL (UP east- Lucknow) post paid (525 plan) connection having mobile no [protected]. I applied for GPRS activation through SMS (gprs49) on[protected] and I got confirmation message along with settings. After installation of settings I tried for connection but every time since then I am getting error message "subscribe to packet data first". Several times I tried to contact customer care & always get assurance that your problem will be resolved within 24 hrs but since then a lot of 24 hrs has been passed but problem is not resolved yet. To contact Customer care, itself a big task but I have contacted at least 5 to 6 times during this period. Customer care persons replies are hopeless always trying to divert the problem. When I tried gprs from friends bsnl SIM on my set it worked fine. May please help to forward this complain to a person of BSNL who can resolve it. Thanks. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

i subscribed a sms card & instantly i got the message that your account has been credited with Rs.0.00 recharge voucher successfully from [protected] on[protected] at 98:23PM. Ref no.[protected]. but when i did ma message it was automaticaly reduce 0.80Rs from my account. For this i comlined but till now there is no action take place.So i rquest to u please solve this problem as soon as possible.

dear sir,
i have unfortunately applied for bsnl connection and broadband connection on aug 22/09 vide cin:lko0465962
but even after nearly two months have passed i doubt the working of bsnl they are unabale to give the connection. As you are aware all the private operaters give the connection the same day .But i trusted bsnl
so please don"t loose my trust and get the job done immediately without further delay.Not to mention i have visited your several officers of the area and requested the same from but nothing fruitful have accured.
