Iam from Dehradun and I have been using NIC data card for almost a year now and even after getting full signal the internet speed is very low. Their clam of 153.6 Kpbs is a mere joke, that speed does come but only for a few minutes.The signals in the instrument are always full with all the five bars visible but still the speed in very low and most of the time when i try to connect the instrument does not respond.
The problem is not in the instrument or the signals.The problem is with the main internet server of this service.They have even increased the rent by 200 Rs./month and yet their is no improvement in the service but it has actually gone worse.Sometimes their server does not even respond for the whole day.
There is not even a specific customer call center number for this service where i can address my query and when i go to the BSNL office nobody seems to have an adequate knowledge about this service so as a customer iam in a very helpless situation.
Please help me out from this situation and advice me to as to what can be the appropriate steps to make my plea heard and acted upon as soon as possible.
