sir, i had personally complaint for tariff vauture in which the facility of (free talktime in between 11p.m. to 7 a.m.)had given is not activated .Especially on excel numbers.even i had updated no. for excel power after 8 month, even that problem is also not solved uptil now.my no. is [protected]. I am a user of BSNL Mobile Phone, My Mobile No is [protected], Please note that cost for making local phone call through my mobile set with in same net work is Rs 1.60/-, with another network is Rs 2.00/- . This is too high to bear with, None of BSNL Tarrif chart in inter net shows such huge cost. Please confirm whether it is a system fault or a usual rate. Please suggest means so that cost become cheaper.
