[Resolved] BSNL(UP east) prepaid — deduction of amount from account of my connection [protected] | |||
I m Dr Vyomesh Chitravansh , Advocate from Varanasi. i subcribed a prepaid BSNL connection no. [protected] in April 2010. generally i use this nr for my usb modem for my PC Internet connection . till july i recharged it by internet pack of Rs.225/- unlimited monthely charges. On 17th july i recharged it by internet pack of Rs 96/- monthely recharge for 1 month. but due to unnesessary reasons my net connection validity ended on 10 august 2010. i called to customer care [protected] but i did not get any satisfactory answer. again i recharged it on 13 august, but it is not working properly and *123*2# is not showing the validity of my package. even on using of internet and GPRS BSNL is deducting the amont from my call values amont. WHY IT IS SO? Today i called to BSNL customer care at 6.08 pm and 6.09 pm , It was very interesting that i found the IVRS answer" the incoming call facility is not available on this number" no body is available for give me the reasons and i m unaware that why BSNL is deducting my basic ammount and what is the validity of my internet package?
