I own one flat in DLF colony ghaziabad near dilshad garden. At the time of registry builder guarantee to provide the electrical & water connection at the time of possession. But it is now almost 2 years after registry of the flat the builder fails to provide the electrical & water connection without which we are unable to shift their. Please realise our position as even after 2 years of registry i am residing in a rental house for the reason that builder has not provided the electrical & water connection in the flat.
