This is regarding Mittal Brother's construction named Atria at Tingre Nagar, Vishrantwadi.
The construction quality of buildings is very poor and the accessories used in the flat are of very low and local quality and not same as sample flat shown.
Inspite of repeated followups with the builder , the flat owners are facing problem in delayed possession .
There are no technical specifications being followed.
The first floor was supposed to be divided into half parking area and half residential but now they have changed plan and converted parking into flats and now creating a chaos for parking area.
Would request to take some steps against the unplanned , irresponsible builder. Was this information helpful? | 
Builder — Quality of Construction
A builder near my house is constructing a 10 storied building without proper piling. He digged 2-3 feet on the ground and started constructing the pillars. Is it enough to build a 10 storied building? If not, what action I can take against them?Contact: [protected]@yahoo.com
