BYOND TECH Mobile Company — Not Providing Confidential Quality of Its Equipments & Not Give Proper Answer and Service of its Equipments

Dear Sir,

Please sir read my complaints and take action against this company for providing better quality products.


My complaint is that me and most of the customer of BYOND handset company's mobile handset facing many problems in the handset.

I had given many time for repairing my mobile to its service station but frequently this company's mobile are damaged and they are not providing proper service though they told we will provide full service for 1 Year.

When we gives the mobile to its service station they give us our mobile back after more than 20-25 days on a simple problem.

I have many problems in its handset BY888 model so i have given my mobile for the replacement but after 2 month they are not giving me the replacement of my mobile. They are taken my mobile before 2 months and said that we will replace this mobile within 15 days but today more than 2 months are completed but they don't give my mobile back with replaced.

I have tried many times to call its customer care of that company but after receiving one time my call and discuss with me then they never give me proper solution of this matter.

This company knows that they are producing the not proper quality handset though they are selling and we are facing problems like this. And this company's officer also don't talk us with manners and ignore the issue of problems.

Please take strict action against this type of fraud company's which is cheating the customers by selling this type of bad quality products. I am not talking about BY888 but its all handset product are coming with some problems. They are providing many facility in its handset but few of them are not working in the new piece also. Though they are selling this type of defective handsets in the market.

This company's distributor is also in Gujarat Hemang Sir ( [protected] ) he is also don't given proper solution of the customer and don't give back my mobile with replaced. I am facing more problems without mobiles so please take fast action against it.
