[Resolved] C-DOT — Landline and broadband connection | |
Dear Sirs, The transactions made with BSNL Officers for Landline and Broadband connection is as follows: My first mail sent through Greviences addressing in BSNL website My name is Ravikumar and I work in Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), Bangalore. Recently, I shifted My residence to Anjanapura. I have a urgent requirement of Landline Telephone and internet facility at home. I registered for new landline/broadband combo connection on 05/08/2008.the details of registration is as follows : Appln no. : APP914545 WAITLIST : TAL/NONOYTGENERAL/837 EXCHANGE : T ALAHALLI CONSUMER NO. 50499619 BOOKING CENTRE : CSC-JAY The officer at Jayanagar office promised to install within 10 working days. After 10 working days, I called the officer regarding the connection. The officer directed me to the nearest telephone excahnge( Alahalli exchange bangalore 560062)for installation of the facility. When I contacted the JE of alahalli exchange, he told that there is a technical difficulty in commissioning the telephone/broadband facility since they have to dig the road and the underground cable is running other side of the road. The JE asked me to wait untill they lay other cable and the wait time is not known. Already, I have addressed this matter to BSNL through grievances address facility through internet. There was no response for the same.I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible. Thank you. Further You sent me a letter with reference CRP/SC/DPG/2008-09/ dated AT BANGALORE 01/09/, Assuring me the connection by first week of October 2008. Until today, no person from the department has turned up for the service. I kindly request you to please provide the facility as early as possible. Thanking You, V. Ravikumar, Research Associate, C-DOT, Bangalore 100 Ph : [protected] date : 12/05/09 Dear sir/Madam, The underground telecom cable passing in front of my house is extended upto Vajramuni house which is about 1 km my house in the same straight road, further to M/s Khoday company which is around 6 to 8 kms faway from my house. Broadband connections and Land line telephones are commissioned long back. My house is just adjacent to main raod and I feel there is no problem for the service to be provided. Also a house third, my house has got Land line connection. I kindly request you to Please educate us and provide the details and definitions of non feasible area, so that I can choose different operator for the service. Because the Internet facility is very urgent and needed desperately for my office work, which is also a government service and work in C-DOT.
