C3 Nokia — service centre misbehave & wrong info | |||
my mobile was under warranty,i was having problem in voice while making calls, very small defect which can be sorted out very quickly but One girl name Akanksha(executive)she took my phone and after few minute given my memory card and said you can collect your phone tomorrow date 4/5/2011,when i received my phone all the data has been deleted without my permission and my memory card is locked by service centre so that i can not take out data from memory card, This is somthing very disgusting and unethical behaviour done by authorised nokia service centre,in sec-14,Gurgaon. I called the manager 4-5times but he did not pick the phone, i wrote a complaint and submit there but after this kind of behaviour i dont expect anything from the centre.Kindly take promt action against the Executive because she was denying everything and misbehaved with me after she came to know that she has done a blunder mitake.I hope nokia customer care will take some prompt and serious action so that no one can dare to do this with any customer.My loss can never be compensate but right action can save many poor people who become the target of these untrained people, who has no control. job sheet no is 0110504/54 For futher details Please contact me at [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
