Regarding Refusal to Repair of Nokia Mobile (Under Warranty) by Nokia Authorised Service Centre

I submitted my Nokia 220 mobile for repair at Nokia Authorised Service Centre, MNGC Solutions, C-15, Sector-18, NOIDA-201301 on 12 Aug 2025.

I visited Service Centre myself 3/4 times, even called many times to know the status of repair. After 11 days, today on 22 Aug 2025, service centre called me that the mobile can not be repaired/ replaced (without informing any reason).

The warranty of mobile also lapsed...

Display is not working in Nokia 43 inch UHD TV

I have purchased the Nokia 43 inch UHD TV dated 18th March 2022 through Flipkart. On 28th December, display is not working and I have reached to customer care to file the complaint. Jeeves team has reached my home to attend the repair and they confirmed, this is the Display issue on last Saturday. Software bug on Sound - TV

We have a sound issue on latest software, i have this issue since March 2021 and now its been a year and no resolution yet.
I am actively chasing this since October 2021 and still no resolution.
Whenever we raise a complaint Nokia assign it to Jeeves now Jeeves visit home restarts, reboots tv i have explained him that its a software bug and he left as its not in their bucket. He closes ticket!!

touch screen failure

touch screen of the mobile does not work properly.Hand set is under warranty and I got it repaired for two times and now it stopped working in just one month.for every repair i have to go anna nagar Chennai , which is more than 75 km away from my stay.I have to spend minimum 500/- for transport, screen guard etc.It seems that hand set is faulty and needs replacement....
