[Resolved] Calcutta Telephones — My land line dead for one and half a month | |||
Although the broadband is in operation, my land phone remains dead since 10.07.2010. I have lodged complain numerous time on[protected]. I have visited the office of Kalyani Telephone Exchange . I have lodged complaint on customar care portal at least twice. I am astonished to find that in the span of one and half a month none from Calcutta Telephones has attended the problem at all. Is it not adequate to proceed to Consumers' Forum for diseservices? Was this information helpful? | |||

My land phone no. 25657154 is dead since 4.4.12. On 7.4.12, I have lodged a complaint through 198 and my docket no. is [protected]. Till this moment, the phone is dead. It appears that service of BSNL hasa reached the bottom or they don"t bother to retain the customer.
