BSNL Broadband — Can't open usage account

For the past several days http://bbservise.bsnl.in does not open at all for viewing the usage account details

Hi! i am a new customer of Bsnl broadband service (Tariff plan 500c).
i am receiving a poor download speed of 10kbps - 40kbps whereas some
of my friends who are using the same tariff plan are getting speed of
nearly 150kbps - 200kbps.

So I request you to kindly increase my bandwidth so that I also get
the download speed of 150kbps - 200kbps.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.I shall be very thankful
to you.

I have been using BSNL broadband for the 1 year. I was not able to check the usage account. So please make reliable arrangements for this problem.
This is fact it s to be disclosed before the customer
I apply for broadband connection and i get modem 1 month ago but i do not get my user id &password
i cant open my usage account. kindly make neccesary arrangements..
I have been trying to log into my account to view my usage, but i cant do so.the same password which i have been using to connect to the net, is not being accepted by bsnl to log into my usage account.
i will be greatful to the authorities if they look into the matter andtake appropriate action.Please fix my problem.

By loging with portal id i can see only present month usage ican't past month usage.

yeah even i experience the same difficulty in checkin my usage account...
plz tel me a solution for this as early as possible
for the past few days I am also not able to open my account to view my broadband usage. when I click the 'Dataone Account Administration' the page shows page load error and 'Network timeout message appears. Is there any solution for opening the page and see the usage account?
