[Resolved]  Capgemini — Delay in PF Transfer

Hi,

I quit Honeywell, Bangalore and joined Capgemini, Bangalore on July 21st 2008. I have applied for a PF Transfer from Honeywell to Capgemini account in October last week. I received an acknowledgement from Honeywell that my PF Transfer Form is submitted to PF Dept on 07-Nov-2008.

I have checked with the PF Dept that the forms have been sent to the PF Office that deals with Capgemini PF transactions. The address is as follows.
Office of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner
Vardan Commercial Complex,
6th Floor,
M.I.D.C., Road No. 16,
Wagle Estate,
Thane – 400 604.

I tried following it with them but couldn't get any contact number and since I live in Bangalore, its difficult to meet them in person.

Please help me solve this issue.

Capgemini — PF Amount Status

Hello sir,


I opted to with draw my PF Amount from my Account MH/THN/43355/22131.still i am unable to get any response from either Capgemini /PF organization.

please let me know the details

Hi,

I used to work in Capgemini 2 years back.But when wanted to withdraw PF amount, i was suggested that i couldn't withdraw the amount except transfer. But i was surprised that when the other friends of mine working in some other company, if they can withdraw, why can't I?
This below request has been send to pf-tshelpdesk.[protected]@capgemini.com at least 14 times since October 2016. No one has bothered to respond back. What I am i suppose to do? It is my hard earned money and no one is taking it seriously. Do i have to reach out to consumer forum???????

Can you please do the correction.. I have been requesting this multiple number of times since October 2016. Could you please let me if the updates can be done and by when? If you need any supporting document to take the action please do let me know.
Please find the below email from my current employer which says that the while linking your UAN number with the present PF account number they found DOB is not updated in the system. Request you to fix this asap and confirm back on the same has been taken care.

Also I have downloaded the form available in the portal in which my DOB appearing as NA. (for your quick reference) . Lot of other details are also missing. Let me know how those can be filled up (if mandatory)

I was used to worked with Capgemini Group in 2 years back. i have initiated transfer process from sep -2014. i Need to know exact process for PF Transfer because on PF Claim Portal, Its showing Payment under process. but still not able to get reflacted amount in PF Passbook. Worst service i have seen for Capgemini Group. Please contact me on parimal.[protected]@gmail.com if any body has idea for that.

Hi Anusha, I am facing the problem while I am trying to withdraw my pf money . I send so many mails but I am not getting any reply mails from other side.Please let me know how u over from this probelm. It will be helpful to me.
I Applied for PF withdrawal, I submitted the form physically @ Talwade Pune office on 13/Sept/2017. The lady on desk has asked me that it will take 45 days to process. I said it's urgent not no reaction.
Today is 23/Nov/2017 almost 70 days are past and I have no idea when will I get my amount.
I applied for PF withdrawal from other companies where I received the amount in 15 days. I don't understand the process in capgemini. They are asking me for FORM16 for FY[protected]. I applied for same on TRACES.
The request from TRACES is being submitted to Capgemini and I have been waiting for this request resolution for last 10 days. Nothing seems working here. The money is really in need that is why I am withdrawing after 2 years. I left the company in Oct'15.

did you get any reply from the PF team?
2 years back I had left Capgemini Bangalore and I had withdraw PF.

As they have deducted 30% as tax and still they have not provides tax detailed copy. Still I am struggling to claim for tax refund. I following and sending emails to Capgemini since 2 years.

I quit capgemini by 2016. but my work experience are not updated EPF website. sent mails multiple times. Kindly let me know the contact person for this related issue.

I am not able to create a PF transfer request from EPFO portal, as Capgemini has not set the DOE(Date of Exit) on my PF. I raised it to the Capgemini PF team, for which they have created a ticket but are not taking any action. I have asked for an update multiple times but no use.

Can anyone help me with this? Is there an escalation matrix? What should I do next?
