Capgemini India Pvt Ltd — Activated alerts without users confirmation

Hi,

I Mr.Shabbir C. Mulla holding two account, one with mobile number [protected] got the alerts activated on the above number without any confirmation from me. When i called up customer care they are telling that it will get activated if we respond to any message. One of my mobile will be at home and unknowingly they have responded one message, but doesn't mean that you should activate this service.Before activating such a service which costs to customer you should atleast confirm once wiht the customer.

When i called up customer care they are asking me to send the SMS to deacivate the same. Why should i send the SMS to deactivate if i have not taken any initiative to activate the same.

This is for your information that i will not be paying any bills for this connection unless the alerts charges have been waived off and you have to assure this will not happen in future.

I have visited vodafone gallery on 13 feb. After having word with Mr. Kelwin related to my bill querry he said that an amount of 150+10+90=Rs. 250 would be credited or reverted back to my account cell number [protected]. But than i have received an SMS from vodafone saying that i need to pay an Rs. 177 which is still overdue. Please check this and confirm back asap.

Please let me know when this amount will come to my Bank Account.
