[Resolved]  Capgemini — Notice period settlements

Hi ,

I was working in Capgemini mumbai branch. I had joined company on Mar 2011. At the time of interview ,company agreed to assign project to vikhroli location. I was setting on bench for almost 1 month. I was interviewed by project manager and he had selected me to project in mahape. It took 2 hours to me to go from my home to mahape. I was also not interested to work in project due to assignment was in different area. I shared this problems many time to company but no action had taken.
I left capgemini on 20 may 2011. I left company on medical ground. I was not prepared to work physically and mentally.
I didnt serve notice period and I didnt ask company to send me reliving letter. After 2 years , I got settlement document from capegemini that I have to pay 200000 rs and 3 month notice period money. I have also taken sign-in bonus. I am ready to pay sign-in bonus because it is my responsibility.
Why I need to pay HRA, conveyance allowance as short of notice period money ?
I didnt sign any bond with company, Is it possible that if I dont pay short of notice period money then company file civil law suit against me ?
