car dealers — they are not refunding it

we planned to take used car from some car dealers, we went and confirm to take swift car and paid 5k token of advance , on advance receipt at the aprt from printed matter they written by hand that advance is refundable there have not mentioned conditions apply formula ,in printed matter they mentioned on before agreement date have to pay r else not given back.

for car there is no insurance , only this reason we just want quit the deal ......so we suppose to get my money back...i hope if 'am not wrong........


but twist is that they are saying that forget about advance paid money......what to do and how to proceed myself
