i have taken a car loan from Tata financiers. Due to some problems, i was unable to pay EMI of car loan. So, when the recovery agent came at my house, i told them that give me some time so that i will sell the vehicle and whatsoever amount i will receive will first pay to TATA financier, then obtain NOC and then only will transfer the said vehicle to that purchaser. But the recovery agent said that we will sell your car and No dues will be left. and now after taken possession of my vehicle, they financier had sent me a legal Notice to pay Rs.75, 000/- as loss on sale of vehicle. Now what to do please help.
