Hello All,

I just came accros one Tata Indigo car near Chennai, Manapakkam area, it is a 'T' board car (under finance) and the number is TN22DF9549, suddenly that guy is now using a fake registration number TN10BF2226 (which is his bike registartion number) and using it as an white board car.

Not sure, if he is doing something illegal?

Please refer to loan a/c 36760059 .
It has been intimated by HDFC BANK through SMS that ECS for loan amount Rs 6839/- is to be redeposited to SBI Golpark branch for payment when there is sufficient balance in the account .

The Chief Manager SBI Golpark branch has been approached . The matter should be sorted out between the two banks instead of harassing the customer .
Please elucidate .

I am HDFC banl account holder. I was aanctioned HDFC car loan against my Car no. DL 3C AK 6080 in Dec.2012 for 36 months EMI. I ghave not received transfer documents yet. pls let know the status of RC tranfer document in my name. also furnish the statement of car loan account and brach od HDFC in Delhi to cntact. chatur singh rathour

My service has been transferred from Junagad to Jamshedpur(Jharkhand). My car loan instalment has been complited long back, I also tried to collect the NOC from ICICI Bank Jamshedpur but but i can't got it,now my question is it possible to received the same from other ICICI branch,if the answer is yes kindly guide me accordingly. Thanks.

The complaint is regarding I did not get the loan agreement copy from SBI when we bought the car.
Request you to please provide me with the loan account number so that I can ask for the loan agreement copy
from the gurgaon branch.

Last year July 2011 i have availed a car loan and given 12 cheques in the name of SBI RACPC Kolkata.
I have not received my loan a/c no. and i am out of Kokata now.

I have taken Car Loan and paid 29EMI & final foreclosure of the loan the receipt given by the collection boy was not original as per Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd.

I owe nothing to Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd, they have deposited my security cheque without my knowledge into my account in the year 2011, cheque was submitted while granting the loan assuring that the cheque will not be deposited in the account until it is informed to me, Who is this done, and apart from the cheque is dishonoured and they have put a case in Bangalore 4th court, this is a fraud they have done, the cause of action taken place in mumbai and the case is launched in Bangalore. Without sending any notice or summons cops have arrested me taken to bangalore court, produced me in front of the magistrate, the magistrate was surprised to know how i came to bangalore, because the case is referred in mumbai and purchase has taken place in mumbai, why i have been brought to Bangalore, he granted me bail and told me to apply for quashing of case.

Then after 5months, they again came to my house with an Execution Application, brought a balief attached my properties of my mother , then i inspected in High Court, i came to know its only a application not an order passed by any Court/Forum.

This way they do fraud and threatened the poor people and take money from them.

I hope the approporiate forum will take action against them.

My self is sarmistha roy, my agreement no. with cholamandalam finance co. is KQLN336031, i made a complain against Cholamandalam investment and finance co. ltd., regarding my TATA ACE car, no. WB 19D 3269, It has been seized from me on 1st sept,2009, but did not give me proper sizer list. when in the end of oct i went their office with 40000/-, then they are asking that you have to pay whole amount around rs. 197000/-, which will be impossible i think after i given complain, from your end you are contact with them , Now their lawyer call my husband today in the morning and asking that return our 50000/- or if this will continue it will be your loss, then you will be in problem.As per my concern i given more than 150000 emi and from their letter it seen that they got 150000 thousand from sold of my car . That is, they got more than three lakhs and my loan was rs. 230000/-.

Sir this is requesting you that i don't want any extra money but i don't want to give any thing to them , now they are asking money from me and call me to Bansal court for talk. i am a simple individual. they told me to sue against me for to recover this extra money . i am very scare . Is it i did wrong to interact with consumer forum ? pls sir i am to much scare to get call from them pls help me out of them.

i was the owner of a tata ace car, my emi was 6606, payment being done regularly but after two yrs car engine and pump totally smashed and we are given 40 thousand for recover the damage.Therefore i request car loan bank ( Cholamondolam bank , park street branch) for two give four months to recover the damage but they are not give me any time . After that one day they are seized my car with give any proper documents of seized .
After 15 days i went their office with four instalment, that time they are saying that you have to paid whole amount to release the car. So, that time i have not that much amount so leave all hope to get back my car. After exchange the new engine it's only journey of 5 km. i.e. complete new car. Also i acknowledging you that i completed more than 50% of their emi amount.

currently i seen a adv. in tv regarding consumer forum awareness , thats why i writing this complain to you because this event already been one and half year past . i am unable to recover any amount from the cholamandalam finance , even they are asking again 50000/- for the recover their loss.

please help us i[censored] can.

car no. pb02ac6350(tata indica) in the name of sidharth rawley had taken loan from icici bank and recieved NOC on 30th october,2010 and the a/c is still showing a balance of rs.9828.00. please recitfy this mistake and inform.
