[Resolved]  CAR LOAN — CHEQUE BOUNCE

Sir,
I took loan from Gemoney (from your Ajmer office in Rajasthan) for car purchase and my loan was completed in Setember, 2007,
During loan recovery two times the installment was not able to submit on 7th of respective months at present I do not remember.
I will give you complete detail if you want,
The reason was that day the day was Wednesday and bank has weekly rest, and it was also mentioned in all the given cheque,
But after they informed me I paid them cash within two three days
Now at the end of all loan recovery, they are not issuing N.O.C.
And demanding for Rs 4000/- as penalty.
I took Loan from My Mrs. name Smt Palvinder Kaur.

CAR LOAN — bounce of cheque

I have a car loan with ICIC bank with the loan account number LABNG[protected] This loan as started in 2004 Mar. In 2005 there was a check bounce as there was shortage of funds. That EMI was cleared and from then till date (14 Feb. 2009) there was no problems all the cheques were cleared on time.

Last week i visited the ICCI bank in MG Road Bangalore, and spoke with Alka. She told me that i was supposed to pay about approximately Rs3000/- for the late payment fee.

From the day of the cheque bounce till date i have not received any call / statement saying that there was this amount pending. If it was there why was it not informed to me at the beginning? Is the bank trying to make some extra bucks?

When i called the ICCI call center i spoke with Praveen and he told me that some one would have tried to call you on the mobile, his felt that my mobile # was not right number provided to the company. For the matter of fact i have had this BSNL connection active for the past 6~7 years. He told me that he wanted to get his senior on the call and then i was on hold for 10 min. After that i dropped the call.

Can someone who has the customer focus culture form the back call me (+91 [protected]) and help me get my NOC for my car.
