[Resolved]  CAR LOAN — Fraud and Cheating

Dear Concerns,

My self Ashish Tyagi and i am a resident of D-146, sector - 49, noida. This is to inform you that i have submitted the request for CAR LOAN for the sum of Rupees 2,70,000 ( Two Lac Seventy Thousand ) at your Branch in Sector-41, noida, near Evergreen Restaurant in the month Ferauray 2010 to Mr. A.K.Srivastava ( Astt. Manager ) of your branch and he processed my request for the same for further action. Before that i gave him a cheque of 1240 Rupess as processing fees also.

After few day's the documents which i have submitted to him the same was returned from H.O that the LOAN of 2,70,000 could not be pass for CAR LOAN, as confirmed by Mr.A.K.Srivastava. After that Mr. Srivastava process my request for the amount of 2,48,000 and give me the assurance that this time the LOAN will approve but the same thing was happened again whiah was happened in the first instance.

This kind of service which has been provided by your branch officials ( Sector -41, Noida ) and after that i have submitted the written request letter to them that i don't need any LOAN from your side and refund my proceessing fees of 1240 Rupess which i have given to you. The 2 months has been passed and no action has been taken by your Branch Manager as well as by Mr.A.K.Srivastava. Most of the time i visited at your branch and every time they told me that wait for some time. I have called to Mr. Srivastava several time but every time he disconnected my call.


How much time i have to wait for my amount. This kind of the service shows that how disgusting person you are and this time i will raise the complaint to higher authorities for fraud and cheating.
