[Resolved]  Card — missing letter

At about 03.30 pm on may 27th 2008 in went to ANGEL TELECOM, No.13-13, pulavar nagar mani road, Rangapuram, Sathuvachari, Vellore - 9, to send a courier to bangalore. The parcel i had was a greeting card and a personal letter for my husband, the card was not sealed.
There was a girl and a boy in the courier shop, they charged me 20rs for the parcel and told me it would reach the destination day after tommorrow. I paid the money, as the card was not sealed, I handed the card with the letter inside it to them and went and got glue.
When i came back and got the greeting card from them to stick it i shocked to see it was not in the same way i closed it and letter inside it was missing. I reconfirmed whether it was in my house it was not there. The courier people didn't even might to check it and were using abusive words on me when asked them to check.
Out of curiousity they took the letter to read, expectedly i came they hid the letter and lieing to me. Though it is a letter of no worth, all they can do is read the letter and tear it and put it in the trash. But isn't it cheating. I always use proffesional courier this is the first time i am experiencing such a bad behaviour. Though it is a letter it is a very important letter for me it is a important letter of 4 pages. I didn't courier the card and got back the money.
Still some action should be taken for this issue for the mental torchure and abusing words they used on me.
