Please do not go for any work to Carnation. They are a bunch of cheats.
CAR SENT IN MID OCT 2012 FOR CLUTCH CHANGE
2 days later we sent it back as clutch was not working properly
We were told that another new clutch has been put and this time it will work
Problem reappeared. After which we sent car for repairs atleast 3-4 times, once every month (some of these coincided with the servicing)
In late May when we sent again for clutch repair was informed by Carnation rep that it was not clutch but 'mounting' that was causing problem. So I was made to spend another INR 10,264 on mounting.
Immediately on receiving car we called Mr Sharma/ Mr Raman that changing the mounting has not made a difference and clutch still spoilt
I WAS MADE TO PAY FOR MOUNTING WHICH WAS NOT NEEDED
However, Mr Raman told us to run the car for some time as he felt we did not let the clutch settle in
In mid July I have sent the car again because clutch is giving problems.
I have been told that since the clutch IS OUT OF WARRANTY I should pay for a new clutch
Why should I pay for a new clutch when I have brought it to the attention of Carnation and sent my car to them atleast 6 times that the clutch is spoilt? I have been made to pay for a mounting that I did not need..Is this fair? Was this information helpful? |
COMPANY CLOSES OFFICE IN JALANDHAR
I had taken a full year service contract for my car from Company and paid in advance 12000 for the same.But company has closed its shop, and do not reply to mails sent to them.
