[Resolved]  Carnation Auto — Extremely Poor quality of work

I, owner of car no. DL 2C AG 6972, a Maruti Swift ZXi car, had got my car serviced by your Gurgaon hub last month on[protected] with a goal of getting all my minor issues fixed in the car, while also getting a couple of major issues checked and possibly repaired. The only reason I wanted to try your services was because I was a bit disappointed by the service quality of the MASS I had been visiting so far and had read a lot about the quality of your services through your various marketing tools which also includes the message you have written on your website.

I am extremely surprised to receive my car in worse condition than before, especially of the air-conditioner, which was in perfect working condition earlier, I had only wished tog et it serviced for the upcoming summer months. On pickup testing, I found it not to be working at all, and after waiting around for an hour, during which time some manager also checked and tried to get it rectified, however, the AC is actually now functioning at below even half of the cooling it used to before I gave my car in. This, despite my getting the AC serviced by your hub. It makes some kind of grating noise while the car is at idle and the advisor-manager had failed to check that the noise disappears at high rpm which took me 5 minutes of driving to realize.

The other major issue I had was that I had asked for a complete clutch overhaul and a check for a smell of petrol in my car, which both have been done unsatisfactorily. I had recently gotten another car of the same model's clutch overhaul done and despite that car being older, its response is now much better than what your guys have done to this car. The petrol smell is still there, which should have been checked by the mechanics involved, since that is a danger to the car occupants themselves.

yet another issue is that the wheel balancing and alignment has clearly not been done properly since the steering wheel now shakes during high speeds.

On top of which, the costs stated in my bill are at least the same as, if not higher than the MASS charges I incur for the same services.

I had received two calls from the hub asking for feedback, and after having given the same, I was told twice someone would get back to me, which has also never happened. Now I am so disappointed that I will not follow up with your customer service anymore and will make sure that by word of mouth, all my friends and acquaintances are made aware of the poor quality or your work.

Now I am extremely skeptical of the extra items replaced in my car and doubt every item stated in the bill.

I just hope this feedback helps you improve your services in some small way and help some other customer who comes to you with high expectations after the promises your company and you state.
