[Resolved]  Carrier A C — COOLING PROBLEM

I had purchased 1 ton Carrier Split AC from M/s Kings Electronics Khargar In Nov'09.1st Free servicing was due after 4 months but nobody came.On 3rd may '10 when my AC stopped Cooling,I tried to lodged a complain throgh customer care phone printed on Bill.But they told since I have purchased from Kharghar instead of Panvel I have to lodge complain there at kharghar.When I contacted Kharghar they told me we are forwarding your complain to our Panvel service centre since you are staying at panvel our Mechanic will come from there.With lot of efforts & n number of phone calls one mechanic came & told gas leakage is there somebody else will come to fill the.2nd men came after few days & filled the gas with checking point of leakage.That gas leaked again & AC stopped cooling again within 2-3 days. Now,Almost one moth has passed that too month of May ,when we need AC .We are praying to god & hoping one day AC will be reparied since Phone calls are not effective & no body is listening in Ms Kings Electronics.
