Casa Bella Gold office does not send hard copy of Slab 7 demand letters on time, also they delay in sending the intimation mail. In my case, they sent me intimation letter on 28th April, 2011, wherein in the letter it was dated 8th April'11, the due date was 2nd May'11. I thought i will get the hard copy through courier in next 3-4 days, so then i sent them mail on 4th May'11 for non receipt of hard copy otherwise the payment will be delayed since i get disbursement through bank loan, I got a hard copy through courier on 25th May'11. So the payment was already delayed. Then the next slab demand letter ie Slab 9 i received on time ie. 8th June. but I didn't get receipt of payment for Slab 7.
So now the Lodha executive Mr. Raju Malagiri and his seniors say that i need to pay interest from 28th April to 2nd May, 2011, because I didn't intimated about the non-receipt of hard copy, since i got a demand letter intimation mail on 28th April. They will not send the receipt of payment of Slab 7 which i paid. and plus the interest will be calculated accordingly and will be reflected in next slab.
Is this fair from their part???? how can they charge me for not intimating them on time ie for 3-4 days. also 30th April was Satuday and 1st May Sunday, non-working day for us.
On 28th, 29th April and 3rd May, i did tried calling them but as usual no response, nor they bother to call back even though we leave message in their voice mail box. Some times their voice mail box are full.
So where to we common people go for this types of harrassment, do we have to take leave from office every now and then to visit their office which is in town, interior of Mahalaxmi, by spending 25 Rs. each way.

They have to count 15 days period for payment from the receipt of hard copy of their demand letter together with Work progress Certificate issued by their Architect and not 15 days from their letter.
