Lodha have deducted interest from my principal amount, for non-payment of Slab 7 payment in time. How can I pay without Demand letter of Slab 7. Read my previous comments.
Lodha Executive's doesn't bother about the courier consignment whether its delivered or not, is it? And they directly deduct interest from Principal, for non payment in time...???
How will the customer know, whether you had despatched the consignment or not in time, if they didnot receive it on time.
During my telecon last week, they also agreed that the signature on the delivery sheet was forged by delivery boy and they mentioned that they will speak to your seniors and let me know. Also they stated me to get the letter from your courier company for this negligence, and they will waive off the interest accordingly.
I need to follow up with Lodha's courier company for non-delivery of document which Lodha sent, plus I need to get letter or report from them then handover to Lodha. Lodha do not take initiative for their courier's negligence.
In the meantime the procedure is still in progress, today again they sent me mail, wherein they are forcefully deducting the interest from my principal amount. That means, I have to bear the interest for their's and their courier co.'s negligence...!!! How they change their words in course of time.
I am mentally tortured by your office continously since Slab 7 payment, for not sending the courier in time firstly, then non delivery of document by your courier company, and then claiming interest from me.
I am always very honest and true in all my dealings. So I am ready to go legally for my rights.
Also they mentioned that If I need to waste time in all this legal procedure I should go ahead. Its not a waste of time, its a waste of my hard earned money which they claim in terms of interest.
They also said that If the customers like me do not have capacity to pay their demands in time, then you should have not booked the flat.
Now the demand letter of Plaster work was sent, and due for payment is 3rd Sept'11, how can i pay without receipt of previous payment.
Do anyone know a good lawyer or contacts of consumer court or any legal head of Lodha group. Please send me mail.

Lodha has given reciept for a lesser amount.
Banks will not process/pay any further instalments as the do not have the reciept for the previous paid instalments. The builder has almost stopped communicating...the phone keeps ringing and if answered, you will be told that a senior person will be in touch with you and that never happens
