well folks i am a happy member since 2003 and yes there agreemnet says to use and there is no refund, so its serves right. I enjoyed my vacation for all 3 years and infact i have recommended my friends also.

Well i am enjoying my trip with casa, they are doing good service to masses and most of my freinds are enjoying there vacations through them. i never faced any issues so far and i agree with there kind of marketing making vacations priority to us otherwise it can never happen and we can never plan.

I am a member with casa and there efforts of making our vacations easy is appreciated by most of my family members and friends. I had been to delhi with out booking my hotel and when i called them from there they immediately arranged and my family was happy. wat else no worries for me so i dont mind casa making more members.There agreement is self explanatory and they have clearly mentioned about there terms so wat are you waiting for see the terms, enjoy vacations.

I completely agree with you.I took the membership from bangalore on dec2009, then they gave me a complimentary vocer for a stay at ooty...after alot of request also the are not providing any booking eithetr against the voucher or against the membership.They even disconnect the phone while on conversation

I have joined as a member of CASA Retreat in March, 2007. After expiring of the contract they told me they would refund the money if I dint use the last year holiday. but when contacted they dont respond and they have even shifted their office. I have paid 15, 000 Rs.for it.
Please help me get back my money.

I had joined as a member of CASA Retreat in june 2009 and today that is 27 march 2010, i had gone to the office which is situated in M.G road #206 2ND Floor JADE ARCADE and to my shock i found out the branch office has been closed a long time ago, i had paid Rs 15000 towards the membership for three years they gave me agreement bond papers also. my agreement no is CRCSO(H) - 3890. Please help me get back my money, AND TEACH A LESSON TO THIS FRAUD PEOPLE.

All those who are saying they are good company and all are their own people. I have alse taken their membership and they are 100% fraud company. I am going to file a case in court against them. They spolled my whole vacation plan two times. Please dont fall prey to them.

CASA Retreat also opened office in chennai to attract people and I believe they collected huge money by selling their fraud plan to the customer. Now office is closed in chennai. I also spent huge amount as 25000 and before two months I contacted them to book holiday from me for Ooti. they confirmed me and asked me to call and collect voucher in first week of may. Now I today i went Chennai office to collect my voucher as advised by bangalore customer care but found office is closed. i have connected another number bangalore office. now they asking more money to book my holiday and i believe once i pay then also no guaranty my holiday will be booked. I made mistake by joining this fraud company membership. please help me to get refund my money. Vipul

My name is Latha Rohith, i brought holiday package with CASA which is a very big fraud company. I paid them Rs.20000 while byuing the package and when i want to book my holidays they expect me to pay extra amount per day Rs.1100/- only as confirmation and taxes. I have not even used other complimentay vouchers and i could not use 1st year package and for that they have decreased the number days from 3 to 2 days each year. I suggest every one please dont go with this fraud company they are big cheaters. i am planning to book case on them.

They are the real idots I also had given these stupid peoples a Rs15000/- they are enjoying there with that money
I don't what there parents had teached them or may be they are also same frauds...

I am also member of this company as vipul told they closed chennai office due their business developments but june i called chennai nos. i am unable to reach them for 1 or 2 days later through website details of bangalore office i got booked for mysore and stayed well - as per season they asking extra money and also now economic failure and price rise in all industry they asking some more money but services done to their best of abilities. - The company has some financial issues but now they try to over come by current operations - now i m trying book for 2nd year i m started calling them they will sent the approval of holiday details by mail or post and then we have to proceed - hoping to finish this contract by next year with a sale of last year
unused holiday. but booked holiday and accomdation given are very nice and i compared original rates of hotel that i stayed are very high for us. my family is enjoying but with little struggle in booking while continuing for a while to get the approval

They are a real fraud company.We have been to their office also, by the office set up itself we can make out that they are a fraud.

I bought their package for Rs 15000. Didn't use it for first year, now when I have been trying to contact them for a package they are not responding at alll!!! I will try again and file a case in consumer court!

I agree. Even i got the call stating we are calling from Casa Gifting Company you have won few gifts you need to come with the family and collect the gifts. Moreover it will take 10 to minutes but no training, seminor or presentation. You need to come and collect the gift.
The moment you reach the spot then you will see the name board of the premises as CASA RETREAT PVT LTD., not the GIFTING COMPANY and rest of the unprofessional way of attitude starts from their side. You need to listen to the presentation for 60 minutes and more before collecting your gift, End of the presentation about the holiday locations then you are stressed by the sales executives and the managers to become the member of the group by paying Rs. 15000 for 3 yrs and its valid for 3 years.
By mistake if you take the membership then you are suppose to sign on the agreement. You will shock to see all the legal clauses of validity of 1 yr rather than 3 years etc.,
Friends rather than enjoying your Holiday you end up repending for the same. Better look for some good professional organisation to take the membership.

Casa Retreat is a rogue company. They have absolutely no values. This company has enaged a group of liars and running the show. They are literally betraying and cheating people. They speak all sugary coated words during the initial presentation before the enrollment, but later they dont even bother to acknowledge their phone calls. They assume themselves to be very occupied and busy, but one visit to their office would reveal that their employees would be playing around with a make shift table tennis setup. And there would not be anybody to neither acknowledge the phone calls, nor the customers. After paying them 30, 000, we need to perform many a round trips to their office situated on castle street in ashok nagar bangalore. Since our money is with them, so we need to undergo all these sufferings. They do not have any ethics. I would advise somebody who has time and patience to pull them to the court and teach them a lesson.

We can collectively file a case against them and get 100% refund of our money.

Dear Frnds, Its true. All the people who says that they have enjoyed holidays are buggers from Casa Retreat or Vacational Credit Card only. It's 200% fraud company and believe me once you have taken the membership u won't be able to utilize single penny o[censored]rselves. They will neither receive the call nor reply to any e-mail. They won't book any hotels for u and everytime u have to go on ur own expenses. They will just take money and run away. I am trying to call those from last two months but getting no response. Please beware of these ''DOGS'', I lost Rs. 15000/- by buying there membership and couldn't use Single Paisa out of that till now. The advantage they gets is 80% of people who takes their membership will not file case/FIR against them and they manage to escape. We must ask Aaj Tak or NDTV India to share their story in public thus can save many more people from such cheaters. I am trying to get in touch with some media network for this. Yday I got a call saying that i have won gifts. When i went to collect them, I saw that there was something called Casa Retreat and they convinced me to take the membership. Even after telling them that I would come back in a day or two after checking with my frens, they didnt allow me to go giving reasons that the offer is valid only for that one day and if it would be taken by someone else, then i will not be able to use it etc etc and I finally paid the amount. Now, today when I check these reviews, I feel that I have made myself into a fool to do such a stupid thing. This is the biggest mistake I have done in my whole life. :( :( :( Now I dont have trust towards anybody. Though I know I will not get my amount back, I feel that we need to teach them a lesson.
