I would like to inform you that i make a complaint against CASA RETREAT for the cheating to me.
IN 2010 I have a made an Agreement with them and that time they said they will provide yearly one tour and if not takes consecutive two years then take third year 15 days Tour alongwith
Half of the Amount which we have given at the time of Agreement.

I have taken Membership from CASA RETREAT PVT LTD on saturday 6.8.11, by paying advance amount of Rs 2500/- (full package is Rs17500/-). for which they gave me complimentary offer of 2 night 3 days. but when i gone through the complementary offer, they specified that Rs350/- per day to paid with taxes & service charges, which they didnt inform prior to my membership. I Joined the member as in Casa Retreat Pvt Ltd on Dec'2008 as paid of 15,000.
While joining they told if you don't want use our package, we can refund your amount.
But once i joined , heared about that company has bad names on their services.
So i planned withdraw from the group. But now they are saying we won't...
