[Resolved]  Cb Shine (Cbf125Mca) — Poor quality of Chain Sprocket

I have purchased Honda Shine (CBF125MCA) with new ambition on 20.06.2011, the bike is satisfactory up to the 3rd service & all the services done in TUMKUR only at Authorised Show room. & I would like to confirm that I am the single rider for this vehicle.After 4th service I am facing fork cup & cone sound when you applied front break. The major problem is that Chain spraket is making sound, I went with these probem to showroom and they manged the problem timebeeing & it is not permanently solved.
Now I came to know that because of poor quality of Chain & Spraket it woned out and making sound.& the quality of the cup & cone balls also not up the level. (KM reading 8985)
previously I frank to say that I was using HERO HONDA CD 100 from 1998 to till June 2011, compared to CD 100 Ie. 100CC the best two wheeler ever so far in INDIA and I have not faced any such problems up to 100000 KM usage.only because of Shockobserver of CD 100 I purchase this vehicle.
