CBSE — delay in the issue of duplicate pass certificate

I rahul keshri roll no-5615045 had lost my pass certificate of AISSCE examination 2008. I had applied for reissue of duplicate pass certificate with proper documents required but I have not got it till now. my documents reached the regional office in 28 january 2013. it is about more than 22 days but no response from the office . please help me out . furthermore when I try to contact to them in their phone number ,they do not respond

AISSCE — Lost Certificate

Dear Sir,

I have lost my 12th passing certificate, i am 2002 passed out from AISSCE,CBSE board.

I need that cetificate urgently.

Kindly let me know how can I approach for it.
